What Does an EBT MET Geochemical Survey Include?

EBT will provide you with 7 colored maps for a given survey region. Six of the maps present the actual survey data reviewed in various interpretive or statistical ways. The seventh map will indicate the probability of drilling success based on the results of over 640 wells drilled in our 3.5 million acres of survey areas.

A full technical interpretation of the survey will also be included. An electronic copy (excel format) is included with proprietary surveys.. Generally, multiclient surveys can be customized and completed within one week after receipt of payment.

How to Design and Select a MET Multiclient Survey for your area of Interest

The minimum size survey has been designed to provide you with an economical view of your area of interest. This may be a nine section block including eight sections surrounding your section of interest or a two mile wide by 5 miles long swath along your seismic line. You pick the survey area or ask us how to best design the survey for your particular needs. Surveys larger than one township will be seamlessly interpreted, while those smaller than one township will be statistically normalized for that township. The MET surveys can be used in a variety of ways. Continuous surveys can be used to obtain a regional view of prospecting areas. Surveys can be used to define areas adjacent to 2D seismic lines or they can be used to focus seismic in areas of interest. They can be used to delineate existing fields or to evaluate land lease opportunities.
